Terms of Use

Zoozilance is an app for pet owners (iOS and Android) and a web panel for veterinary clinics. By using any part of the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Zoozilance does not provide veterinary or medical services.

Keep your sign-in details safe and do not give anyone else access to your account. Whatever is done in your account counts as done by you.

You may not upload, keep or pass on (including by handing a pet over with a code) anything that breaks the law of Ukraine or the EU, including:

• child sexual abuse material;
• cruelty to animals;
• threats and calls to violence or terrorism;
• other people's personal data without their consent;
• malware;
• other people's works without permission.

Documents and photos in the app are about the pet only.

We do not review files in advance: whoever uploads a file is responsible for what is in it. When you hand a pet over, its documents and photos go to the new owner; whoever hands it over is responsible for what they pass on.

On a complaint or a lawful request from the authorities or a court we may, without notice:

• delete a file;
• block an account for a time or for good;
• give the data we hold about the account and what it did to authorities entitled to it.

Write to hello@zoozilance.com or tap «Поскаржитися» (Report) in a document's menu in the app. Say what exactly is wrong.

We will tell you about significant changes in the app or on this page. The version date is at the top.
