Видалення акаунта Zoozilance

У застосунку

Відкрийте Zoozilance на iPhone або Android: Профіль → Видалити акаунт. Акаунт видаляється одразу.

Без застосунку

Напишіть нам з email, на який зареєстровано акаунт (або вкажіть, як ви входили — через Apple чи Google). Ми видалимо акаунт протягом 30 днів і відповімо листом.

Що видаляється

Усе, що пов'язане з акаунтом:

профіль, фото і дані входу;
улюбленці разом з їхніми паспортами, фото й документами — у хмарі й на телефоні, з якого ви видаляєте акаунт;
збережені заклади.

Окремого улюбленця можна видалити на його сторінці — разом з його документами й фото.

Deleting a Zoozilance account (English)

In the app: Profile → Delete account («Профіль → Видалити акаунт») — the account is deleted immediately. Without the app: write to hello@zoozilance.com from the account's email (or tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google); we will delete your account within 30 days. Everything linked to the account is deleted:

your profile, photos and sign-in data;
your pets with their passports, photos and documents — in the cloud and on the phone you delete the account from;
your saved places.

A single pet can be deleted on its page, together with its documents and photos.
